Terms and Conditions

1. The Siemens ‘Coffee Hamper’ Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a gift up to £150 to purchasers of selected Siemens Freestanding Automatic Coffee Machines. Purchases must be made between 01.06.22 and 26.07.22 for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before Midnight on the 26.08.22.

The gift includes:
The Siemens hamper contains a range of Cartwright & Butler food items (listed below). Also included is a voucher which contains an e-code for a free subscription to RAVE Coffee, (defined as “the Gift”). Purchases must be made between 01.06.22 – 26.07.22.

3. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Siemens ‘Coffee Hamper’ Promotion.

5. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

6. The promotion is open to residents over 18 years old, of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.

7. Promotion excludes employees and close family members of retailers.

8. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

9. The Promotion, which starts on the 1st of June 2022 and ends on 26th July 2022, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 26th August 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

10. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

11. How to Claim
    a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, a photograph of the ENR number and full address). The online claim form is available on www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/uk/FAEM. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.siemens-home.bshgroup.com/uk/FAEM and submit this by post to Siemens ‘Coffee Hamper’ Promotion, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG).
    b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 26th August 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
    c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered by 26th August 2022, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 26th September 2022.
    d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 745.
    e. A photograph of the ENR panel is required for both online and postal claims. Claims will not be accepted until a photograph of the ENR panel is provided.
    f. RAVE Coffee:
    i. To redeem go to https://ravecoffee.co.uk/coffee-subscription & select "Get Started"
    ii. At the stage "Who is the subscription for"- Choose "For Me" Do not choose "Gift"
    iii. Use the supplied discount code at checkout in the box " Add a discount code or a gift card"
    iv. The discount code is valid for 6 x 250g bag (1 a month) or 12 x 250g bag (1 a month).
    v. The subscription can be controlled from the customer account.
    vi. To make changes to the subscription i.e. skip or pause a delivery then create an account here https://ravecoffee.co.uk/account/register using the same email address used at checkout
    vii. Changes can be made to the subscription but the monthly discount limit will remain at £7.95.
    viii. At the end of the 6 or 12th delivery, the customer can choose to continue or cancel via the online portal. Future deliveries will be charged at £7.95 or £8.95 per delivery

12. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which they believe are fraudulent or invalid.

14. Claimants should allow up to 14 working days for delivery of the gift from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.

15. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants.

16. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Siemens appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the ‘Gift’.

18. The Promotor is not responsible or liable for special dietary issues in relation to the ‘Gift’. The onus is upon the Claimant to ensure that any dietary requirements have been made to the relevant persons in relation to the Coffee Hamper. The onus is also upon the Claimant to check all ingredients in the hamper.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

20. In the unlikely event of the Gift being unavailable, then the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift for a Gift of equal or greater value.

22. The Promoter is Siemens Home Appliances, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration no.01844007, whose registered office is at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5PT, UK.

23. This Promotion is carried out and facilitated by the Marketing Lounge Partnership on behalf of the Promotor.
